This universal adopts a dual space floor standing structure, with the upper space stretched and the lower space compressed and bent. The host part consists of a floor standing frame consisting of four columns, an upper crossbeam, a middle crossbeam, and a worktable. The speed control system is installed at the lower part of the worktable, and is driven by a Japanese Panasonic AC servo motor with high speed control accuracy, wide range, and stable performance through a synchronous toothed belt reduction system to rotate the ball screw. The ball screw pair drives the middle crossbeam, and drives the stretching attachment (or compression, bending attachment) to move up and down, achieving loading and unloading of the sample. This structure has high stiffness, high efficiency, and stable transmission. The main components of the host are processed in the machining center to ensure the accuracy of the host.
